The “Sales & Operating Rights Transfer Contract” for the privatization through “Asset Sales” of Orhaneli and Tunçbilek Thermal Power Plants owned by Elektrik Üretim A.Ş., along with the movable properties used by Bursa Lignite Enterprise (BLI) owned by Soma Elektrik Üretim ve Ticaret A.Ş. and the landed properties used by Orhaneli and Tunçbilek Thermal Power Plants and BLI, as well as the privatization through “Granting of Operating Rights” of relevant mining licenses and the mine sites thereunder (Orhaneli and Tunçbilek Thermal Power Plants), as based on the High Council Privatization’s decision dated 17/03/2015 numbered 2015/14, has been signed on 22/06/2015 between our Administration and Çelikler Orhaneli Tunçbilek Elektrik Üretim A.Ş., a company founded according to Tender Specifications by Çelikler Taahhüt İnşaat ve Sanayi A.Ş. who placed the highest bid in the tender (USD 521.000.000-).
